Abstract A collection of approximately 75 postcards and handmade cards sent from schoolchildren in Poland to Lucjan Krause (1928-2022), a member of the Polish underground resistance who fought in the Warsaw Uprising (1944). The cards, mostly written by Polish schoolchildren in 2018, express gratitude for Krause's wartime sacrifice and heroism.
